Fluid by definition, Charlie hopes being a human in constant progress. Passionate about cinema, they became a journalist and created La Bobinette Flingueuse, column specialising in feminist cinema to celebrate diversity and tackle male gaze, for a French online publication. After years of critics, they moved to London where they are pursuing their career in the cinema industry but on the distribution and programmation side. At the same time, they start their journey as an activist. They co-founded Les Passantes, a French intersectional feminist collective, where they advocated for survivors. They also were part of a collages collective. Apart from cinema and activism, Charlie is interested in gender identity, semiology and etymology, and keep writing during their spare time semi-fictional scripts and novels about queer feminist (dys)topia.
